About Us

Allan Merhi and Ahmad Osman are co-owners of AAA Body & Paint. Allan is a qualified highly experienced spray painter, with over 25 years in the accident repair industry, while Ahmad is a qualified panel beater of 23 years. Both have spent a number of years in the fleet management industry and are no strangers to excelling in customer service.

Allan manages the fleet customer, insurers and suppliers while Ahmad manages all aspects of business operations and project delivery utilising his strong leadership and project management skills.

The whole team are highly skilled technicians, who are bright, enthusiastic and honest.

Allan and Ahmed had spent 10 yrs in Cabin refurbishment and body building.

Conveniently located just 15kms south-west from central Sydney, AAA Body & Paint has a large customer parking, secured lock up yard and a business customer lounge with access to office facilities.

We are located with 3000 sqm block with a large parking and tow truck area. Our workshop space is about 1000 sqm and the holding yard is about 2000 spm, enabling you to tow your vehicle in our premises without affecting the traffic in the main road.

Fleet Service

Business fleet repairs is our growth area, we work twice as hard as our competitors. In fact, we schedule our work over two shifts, enabling us to turn around more quality repairs in a shorter timeframe.

Using the latest technology in panel beating equipement we will bring back your vehicle to the pre- factory condition using manufacturer repair guide and industry standard.

Spray Painting

Our spray painting workshop is equipped with the latest technology. We use the water bourne paint and VOC material. We have been cerified by BASLAC paint to use their products to finish our work to the manufacturing condition.
